We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. Please review our appointment policy

• Appointments: The service you bought for your appointment is valid between the time that you selected, it is not valid at anytime of day.

• Appointments: We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to relax and prepare for your service.

• On-Time Arrival: A courtesy 5-minute grace period is offered. Arriving later than 5 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a "no-show."

• No-Shows: In the case of a no-show, you may still join the waitlist for any available barbers. However, we cannot guarantee immediate service.

• Cancellations:
• Free Cancellations: Cancellations with at least one hour's notice prior to your appointment will be refunded in full.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within one hour of your appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.

• Cancellation Method: Please cancel your appointment by phone or through link at the confirmation email from us, email cancellations are not accepted.

• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
